Shipping:
To keep shipping cost down we will always ship your order the least expensive way we can. Generally this will be Fedex Ground or UPS Ground and can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Expedited and overnight delivery available upon request and more expensive.
Returns:
Therapeutic Solutions wants you to be satisfied with every product we sell, but we realize that sometimes you may change your mind on a purchase and wish to return a product. Please call and speak to a sales rep before returning products. You must receive authorization before
sending back a product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OR RECEIVING OF ORDER AND 30 DAYS ON MASSAGE TABLES AND CHAIRS.
Returned products must be clean and in saleable condition. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items to cover processing fees.
Note:
Shipping and Handling will not be Refunded on products returned for reasons other than, damaged, or mis-shipment. On lotions, oils, creams, and gels they must be unopened or defected.
Damaged Shipments:
Do not sign for a shipment until you have checked for external damage to package. Save all packaging and containers for damage inspection if damage is found when package is opened.
