Generally this will be Fedex Ground or UPS Ground and can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location and the carrier. Returns: Therapeutic Solutions wants you to be satisfied with every product we sell, but we realize that sometimes you may change your mind on a purchase and wish to return a product. Please call and speak to a sales rep before returning products. You must receive authorization before sending back a product. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OR RECEIVING OF ORDER AND 30 DAYS ON MASSAGE TABLES AND CHAIRS. Returned products must be clean and in saleable condition.
